RUCKUS POETRY SLAM is back for 2025!
Ruckus invites you to share your words, poems, shopping lists, lyrics, organised words on the stage at Lefty's for Brisbane's largest and longest running poetry slam!
Our audience will hear your words, cheer, give you hugs and occasionally sing.
It's a poetry slam with a twist. Created over the past 11 years there are traditions that we cannot explain and performances we cannot forget.
Come and join us, be inspired, create something new and make a friend.

No props or costumes
There will be unqualified judges, several winners, unwanted prizes and many dinosaur related comments.
