British-Australian vocalist, songwriter and rising alt-dance innovator Charlotte Plank brings her hybrid world of rave energy, emotional storytelling and genre-bending electronic pop to The Espy for a special free show on Saturday 3 January 2026.
Born in Australia and raised in the UK, Plank grew up surrounded by dance culture before discovering drum & bass as a teenager - a turning point that shaped her sound. Her music fuses alternative pop melodies with high-energy rave production, indie-rock edges and confessional lyricism she calls “biographical storytelling with beats.”
After early self-released tracks caught the attention of Rudimental, Plank quickly became one of the most in-demand young vocalists in the UK, performing with the band at Brixton Academy and Radio 1’s Big Weekend, and contributing to charting singles including ‘Dancing Is Healing’ and ‘Green & Gold.’ She has since collaborated with Jazzy, Hybrid Minds, Turno and more, while carving out her own identity across releases like In Her World and her 2025 EP ClubLiminal on RCA UK.
