Rockin' Hillbilly Twangsters Cold Heart is based on an old school stripped back country rockabilly outfit. Lead Vocals & rhythm acoustic guitar, electric take off lead guitar, hot steel guitar and upright double bass and no drums but the rhythmic slapping of the double bass will make ya think there is. Drawing music from The Grand ole Opry and Louisiana Hayride, such artists as Johnny Cash, Hank Williams,Faron Young, Johnny Horton,Buck Owens, Wayne Hancock and many more from the mid century of southern american music.

We play true to the time and all members are stalwarts of the Melbourne roots music scene since the 1980s with plenty of K's under the bands western belts.
