Tune your antennas, earthlings. The funk mothership has landed in Australia.

The Cosmics touch down at Lefty’s Music Hall on Friday 27 February, bringing with them Nicky Bomba, Michael Caruana, and Aaron Saxon. A triad of groove scientists on a mission to put the rhythm back where it belongs.

Bomba and Caruana, founders of 90s funk renegades The Truth, have reunited to reignite the fire. Bomba on drums, Caruana on keys, and local funk astronaut Aaron Saxon on guitar, locking into a groove so tight it bends space time.

Their debut single “Evolution” is the first transmission. Pure, undiluted funk, delivered direct.

The full-length vinyl lands in February, with this show part of their Australian tour.
