After years spent honing their craft, Melbourne-based progressive rock outfit, In Lucid Dreams finally made their way out from the shadows with long-awaited debut single, 'Rise' back in 2021.

Following a brief hiatus, the band led by Founder and Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter, Pete Joseph released follow up single, 'Chasing Ghosts’ in early 2024.

In Lucid Dreams’ latest offering, ‘Moths to Flames’ is the highly anticipated 3rd and final single off their forthcoming debut EP, 'Dawn of Fate'.

‘Moths to Flames’ features drummer Nick Osborne of Perth instrumental wizards, Yomi Ship and was recorded and engineered by Simon Mitchell at Revolver Sound Studios in Perth and mastered by Forrester Savell.

In the vein of Australia’s pioneering prog rock exports such as Karnivool and Cog, In Lucid Dreams’ sound is ever-evolving, forging a unique, melodic and emotionally fuelled journey throughout each and every release and ‘Moths to Flames’ is no exception.

While In Lucid Dreams’ first couple of releases fell more on the heavier side of the spectrum right out of the gate, ‘Moths to Flames’ is more of a slow burner, drawing upon more psychedelic influences in its earlier, mellower parts before erupting into an epic crescendo around the halfway point that shows no sign of letting up right until the songs end.

In Lucid Dreams are currently hard at work recording ‘Darkest Before Dawn’, the final track for their forthcoming EP that they’re planning to release later this year. In the meantime though, you can stream latest single, ‘Moths to Flames’ now across all online platforms and download the track from https://inluciddreams1.bandcamp.com/track/moths-to-flames

You can also expect to catch the band in the flesh at a venue near you soon as they plan to cover plenty of ground across the Melbourne live circuit throughout 2026.

74KINGS are a post grunge, hard rock collective from Melbourne and the surf coast, Victoria. 74Kings deliver an experience anchored in tight riffs and low end groove. A strong stage presence mark them as a compelling act in Victoria's rock scene with nostalgia in their veins blending 90's and modern to define their sound.

Montague Street Bridge crafts a sound that sits at the crossroads of alternative rock, indie grit, and melodic storytelling. Their music blends driving guitar lines with atmospheric textures, anchored by rhythms that feel equally at home in a late-night dive bar or a packed festival tent. There’s a rawness to the band’s energy — a kind of unpolished honesty — but it’s paired with thoughtful songwriting that leans into emotion, tension, and the strange poetry of everyday life. The band’s style nods to classic rock influences while carving out a distinctly modern edge, weaving together punchy riffs, dynamic builds, and hooks that linger long after the last chord rings out. Whether they’re delivering a slow-burn anthem or a high-tempo surge, Montague Street Bridge creates music that feels lived-in, local, and unmistakably their own.
